Refund Policy

On Track Packers and Movers initially collects a 20% partial payment as an advance for any services rendered on its online platform. The services currently listed on www.OnTrackpackersandmovers.com include Packing and Moving, Relocation Services, Warehousing and Storage, Domestic Relocation, Vehicle Transportation, etc., and can be altered or modified anytime at the sole discretion of On Track Packers and Movers.

The 20% advance payment is processed directly by the customer using the Pay Now option on the website, and the payment is processed only after a successful Customer ID is generated at the user's request to subscribe to the offered service. Therefore, such advances are non-refundable.

Exception for Erroneous Payments

However, as an exception for erroneous payments, the 20% partial payment is refundable after deducting processing and other charges on a case-by-case basis, as decided by On Track Packers and Movers, if a written request is received at our contact email within 1 hour of placing the order for any service.

After we process the refund, it may take up to 7-10 working days for the respective banks to process the refund and reflect it in your credit/debit card statement, internet banking account, or any other mode used during payment. Please get in touch with your bank directly in case of any delays after confirmation of the refund by On Track Packers and Movers.
